The unauthorised auction or disposal of tickets (including Flavour Cards) is a crime under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Lodge Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. 6. Concession Pricing

To qualify for an 18 – 21 concession Flavor Card the bidder must exist at least 18 years of age simply less than 22 years of age on August 1st of the season for which the concession season bill of fare applies.  For the avoidance of doubt, anyone who has their 21st birthday on August 1st does qualify for the concession.

6.five. To qualify for an Over 65 concession Season Carte, the bidder must exist 65 years of age or older on August 1st of the season for which the concession flavour card applies.

ix.1.16 damage to or theft of holding;

nine.1.17 threats to or set on, including verbal assaults, on Gild personnel and agents of the Gild at any fourth dimension, location or by whatsoever means;

9.1.18 acting in an anti-social way whether in the Basis or elsewhere;

ix.i.xix employ of a Season Card by a person to whom the card has not been issued unless covered by the provisions outlined in 3.1 and 3.ii;

9.3. In the consequence that your Season Card is withdrawn, cancelled or suspended the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for whatever Match ticket or Season Card at its discretion and to notify whatever Football game Authorization, other football clubs and/or whatsoever relevant constabulary (if applicable) of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification).

9.4. Where a Flavour Card is suspended or withdrawn, or the Season Carte du jour holder is excluded from attending Matches, all purchasing accounts in his/her name will exist similarly suspended or withdrawn for the menstruation of break/withdrawal. For the avoidance of doubt, the Season Card holder would not be entitled to buy tickets for away matches or other Club matches.  In the issue that the Season Card holder has purchased home or away (including hospitality) tickets prior to the period of suspension or withdrawal for matches during the menstruation of break or withdrawal, no refund shall be given and no admission granted.

10. Filming, photography and taping

10.one. 11. Exclusion of Liability

The Lodge hereby excludes whatsoever liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/belongings in or effectually the Ground except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Society or whatsoever other liability of the Gild which cannot exist excluded under applicable law.

eleven.2. Neither the Football Say-so nor the Club shall exist responsible for whatsoever interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match acquired by virtue of (a) the position of the seat and/or (b) the deportment of other spectators.
